Property Description

Vine Cottage is located in an enviable front line position overlooking the harbour with excellent sea views of the bay and surrounding National Trust headland at Jacka Point. The traditional double fronted terraced cottage has three bedrooms and a wealth of charming character features including beamed ceilings, window seats, an inglenook fireplace with clome oven in the dining room, which is fitted with a wood burning stove, and an open fire place in the sitting room. Sensitively updated in recent years, including the installation of uPVC double glazing, pressurised hot water system and new luxurious shower room, the cottage is currently used as a holiday home from home, and would also appeal as a holiday let, or as a main seaside residence
