About this property

TENURE: Freehold

Kitto's must be one of the last hidden treasures in St Mawes and has been a much loved and well maintained bolt hole for over 30 years. The cottage is Grade II listed and was formally part of Pilchards Cottage to the front on Lower Castle Road. Believed to date to the C18, the cottage boasts wonderful period features including an inglenook fireplace in the open plan sitting room. The cottage would now benefit from modernisation to create the perfect St Mawes hideaway.
